The Gate
To fulfill the dying wish of her late mother, Alesia sets off for Türkiye with dozens of unanswered questions in her head.
The series is set in an old inn in a historical neighborhood of Istanbul. Each person inhabiting the inn comes with a different story that feeds the personality of this temporary abode. But things change when the owner of the inn returns from Paris. Alesia, daughter of a Turkish- Greek woman with a past that retells the story of Istanbul. Davut the innkeeper, Alex the frenemy, Yusuf, Zübeyde, Belkıs, Hayati... All of them go through this “gate” of life that seems to be stuck at times.
